Inspired by Chef Viet “V,” who first perfected his recipes while grilling and slow-smoking meats for football tailgates, Veez has grown into one of Southern California’s premier catering companies. At the heart of our cooking is the Big Green Egg, a premium ceramic smoker renowned for producing exceptionally tender, juicy meats. We carefully select a variety of hardwoods, including hickory, oak, pecan, cherry, and apple to complement each protein with its own distinctive smoky flavor.
